You can really tell that Sarah and her team are animal lovers and we know that our cat is always on amazing hands. I think that she is disappointed when we come through the front door and not Sarah. 🙂

Sarah at PetsGo is simply the BEST! As a new puppy mother, I can't tell you how great it feels to completely trust someone with your family member. Sarah has been a complete delight in Cabot's (my Cockapoo) life since he was 8 weeks old! At 5 months, he's turning into a well-mannered dog thanks to her care and knowledge with dogs. When he see's Sarah, he lights up with pure joy. If you're looking for a responsible, reliable and dependable dog carer- there's no one I trust more!

Ever since we've started using PetsGo! as our pet-sitting service, our overnight trips have been worry-free knowing that our little guys are being left in excellent care. I love the updates, check-ins and responsive and thoughtful communication. Sign-up was easy, and the communication platform is extremely user-friendly. It was clear to us from the start that what we were getting was professional service from true animal lovers.
We would not hesitate recommending leaving your furry friends in the care of the PetsGo! team.

We are so happy to have found PetsGo from their business cards seen around our neighbourhood! After reading the website and seeing that they were insured, bonded, and pet first aid certified, we knew that we found the right provider.
Over the last year, Sarah has become an indispensable petsitter for our 2 cats. She's extremely reliable, organized, and professional - a total pleasure to work with. I'm pretty OCD when it comes to our cats, so I can't believe that we've found someone as detail oriented and caring as Sarah to look after them when we're not around!
Getting set up with PetsGo was pretty painless. We had an initial meet and greet at our house to introduce the cats, go over the forms, and provide a copy of our keys. The intake paperwork was extensive which really helped put my mind at ease that PetsGo would have all the right info and preferences of our cats.
My favourite part about the service is that Sarah takes the time to send daily updates and photos (great for my peace of mind). She even noticed that our cats had shaved patches of fur (from a recent vet visit we forgot to inform her about) and kept an eye on them in case they became an issue. This is definitely high-quality service for a reasonable price!
Most recently, after returning from our 2-week vacation, our cats were calmly snoozing like we never even left. They were definitely well-fed and well-exercised during our absence! The house was also spotless... possibly cleaner than we left it (Sarah took out the recycling and cat poo garbage, de-fuzzed our furniture, and somehow there were no hairball tumbleweeds everywhere. Magical!)
We would highly recommend Sarah and PetsGo to anyone who is lucky enough to be in the service area!

Sarah El Sherbini has been a pet care provider for many years - and has been working for me as a dog walker and pet sitter since August 2015. I highly recommend her as a dog walker and pet care provider - in fact, I can’t recommend her highly enough.
Sarah is a skilled dog handler. It was a joy for me to see how well every dog in our care responded to Sarah instantly. Whether providing private dog walks or puppy potty breaks, or walking up to 6 dogs in a group, Sarah ensured that each dog had a safe, fun, stimulating and invigorating outing.
She is also extremely knowledgable and experienced with all other types of domestic pets - as well as a good many less common, exotic animals - and I’ve enjoyed learning a great deal about these animals from her.
What makes her a rarer person still is that she’s honest, trustworthy, dependable and punctual. Put simply, I trust Sarah completely.
You couldn’t find a more passionate, loving, dedicated and talented dog walker/pet care provider than Sarah El Sherbini.
